School Photographs may be re-ordered via mail by following these instructions:

1. Use the links below to download a printable re-order form.
(Please Note: There are two different forms; one for standard school photos and one for family photos).

2. Print the form, fill in the order details and select the packages you wish to purchase.

3. Add the total cost (which includes GST) plus postage and handling together, and send a cheque for full payment to Arthur Reed Photos Pty Ltd, or alternatively, complete your credit card details in the required area and mail or fax your completed order form to us at:
