At Arthur Reed Photos, we invest in our photographers because without you, there are no school photos. It is not just about supplying our team with the best equipment and award wages, it is also about creating a supportive and encouraging workplace culture where you can thrive.

We’re different from other photography companies because we value continued learning and growth. Each year we provide extensive training on how to best use our cutting-edge software and host workshops that provide a collaborative environment for our team to suggest new ideas.

To assist our photographers in maximising their skills, we also hold a yearly photography excursion where we can enjoy each other’s company and explore new areas of Victoria.

About Us

Your Work at Arthur Reed Photos

Working for Arthur Reed Photos as a photographer is exciting. Each day presents new challenges that are extremely rewarding. As a photographer, you have the privilege of working with students of all ages from a range of schools that we have worked with for a very long time.

What does a typical day look like as a school photographer?

A normal day starts early. We travel and arrive at the school before the first bell to ensure there is plenty of time to set up. Throughout the day, we work closely with the staff at schools who help us be able to photograph all the students and teachers in a timely manner. We also regularly check in with the ARP team to ensure all of the photos are up to standards. It can be stressful but as a team, we provide a supportive and fun environment for everyone to thrive. We embrace that every day is different and that there are a lot of great experiences to be enjoyed.
