Do your photographers have a Working With Children check?

Yes, it is one of our company policies that all photographers have their ‘Working with Children’ accreditation.


I lost my child’s order flyer and need the code to order online

If you have lost your order envelope and registration code please contact our customer service team on 1800 032 028.


Can I order and pay for my school photos online?

Yes! Our online ordering system has been tried and tested for many years and we ensure that our system is both PCI and GDPR compliant meaning that your details and payment information are safe and secure.


What methods of payment do you accept?

Our online ordering platform accepts a variety of payment methods including both Visa and Mastercard, along with other options such as POLi Pay and ZipPay.


Do I need to order anything before photo day?

No, with our online ordering platform all orders are placed AFTER photo day so that you get to see your photos before buying them.


Will I be able to view my images before purchasing my photo packages?

Yes, if you have registered using the Code supplied on your child’s flyer you will be notified once the photos are ready to view and order. If you misplaced or didn’t receive a flyer on photo day, contact our team to get your code. Please note that you will need a new code each year for your child.


Do you take sibling photos?

Yes, if your school has opted to have sibling photos taken on photo day. These photos will also be added to your online account to view and order after photo day.


I have more than one child at the school, can I order for them all at the same time?

Yes, you will need to have each child’s unique image code and add each one to your online account. From there you can order for each child and checkout in one payment.


What should I do if my child is absent on photo day?

We offer retake days in several studio locations during each school holiday period. To book in a time call our customer service team on 1800 032 028. Please note that group photos cannot be retaken.


I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?

If all orders have been handed out at school and your order is missing please contact our customer service team on 1800 032 028 or email us at customerservice@arphotos.com.au. If you placed your order online, please have your order reference number ready to assist our team.

If you have ordered for several children at once, please note that all student photos are packaged together and given to the eldest in the family. Please ensure you thoroughly check the envelope before contacting our team.


Can I order additional photographs?

Yes! You can place an order at any time using our online ordering system. Once you have created your unique account with us you can log in and place orders at any time. If you have any issues, please contact our customer service team on 1800 032 028.


My order is incorrect, what should I do?

Our online ordering platform shows you exactly what your order looks like before checking out. Please make sure that you are happy with all the products in your order BEFORE finalising payment as due to the customisation of our packages, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases.


I have an issue with my order what can I do?

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send your order out to you.

If you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on packages due to their customisation.


Can I order photos from previous years?

Yes! To order photos from past years go to our online ordering platform and select the year that you would like to order prints from. If the year you are wanting to order is not displayed, please contact our team customerservice@arphotos.com.au.


Are we able to obtain a record of all school photographs for school use?

Yes, all portrait images will be provided to you via our online secure portal. The link ad access code for this will be emailed to the school contact person once the images are ready.

If you require group images for your Yearbook, School Magazine or archive purposes, please contact your Account Manager to ensure they are a part of your booking.
